At Juggernaut Aesthetics, we take pride in the quality of our products and the accuracy of our order fulfillment process. Please review the following policy, which applies to all purchases made through our website, events, or authorized sales channels.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason except as required by law.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Juggernaut Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
4. Shipping Errors
If the shipping address entered by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, Juggernaut Aesthetics is not liable for replacement or refund. Re-shipping fees may apply if the order is returned to us.
5. Final Sale Items
Custom products, limited-edition products, discounted or promotional items, and seasonal releases are strictly final sale.
6. Acceptance of Policy
By completing a purchase with Juggernaut Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Are Final policy.
